MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That the undersi ned for and
KNOW ALL 8
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA,
a municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Florida,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and grant
to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of the
FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege and easement to construct
electric distribution and transmission lines over and across the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
From the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 5, CARLTON'3 ADDITION
to Fort Pierce as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 166, 3t. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records, run West along the lot line 119
feet to the back of a 5 foot sidewalk, thence run North 5.65 feet
along the sidewalk to the point of beginning, thence continuing
North 4 feet, thence run East 4 feet, thence run South 4 feet,
thence run West 4 feet to the point of beginning.

_ and to place such poles_and attachments thereto across an-d on sai
land as may be necessary in the construction of said line, including
the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all trees and
limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to go upon said
land from time to time as may be_necessary to construct, maintain
and repair said line. No permanent structures shall be placed or
installed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own
the said land and have the right to grant this easement.
