GARY LEE MERRITT, Husband
and
JUDITH F. MERRITT, Wife
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF -
This cause came on to be heard on August 24, 1979 upon
stipulation of the parties and their respective counsel of record,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
fore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The temporary primary custody of the minor children,
Margaret Denise Merritt, Gary Wayne Merritt and Daryl Bryan Merritt,
are hereby awarded to the Wife,-Judith-F. Merritt ,granting unto
the Husband liberal and reasonable rights of visitation, both at and
away from the marital residence.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife $100 bi-weekly
for the support and maintenance of the three minor children above
~ named; the first $100 payment shall be made on Monday, August 27,
1979 and bi-weekly thereafter until further order of this court.
E 3. The Wife and three minor children shall have the
exclusive use and possession of the marital residence located at
3205 Cortez Boulevard, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
4. The Husband shall make the monthly mortgage pay-
ments on the marital dwelling located at 3205 Cortez Boulevard,

Ft. Pierce, Florida and shall pay the monthly utility bills there-

! for in an amount not to exceed $85 each month, commencing with the
statement received in the month of September, 1979.

5. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $50
on August 27, 1979 to be used in and about the purchase of clothing
