This action was heard before the Court. On the evidence
presented
I'" IS ADJUDGED, as follows
(A). The bonds of marriage between petitioner,
• ANNE BEVERIDGE DURHAM, and respondent, JOHN WILLIAM DURHAM,
are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably
broken.
(B). Petitioner's former name is restored and
she shall be known as ANNE BEVERIDGE RRUEGER.
(C). -The Court retains jurisdiction of this case
for the purpose of adjudicating and determining alI other
matters, including. the petitioner's request for possession
of personal property, or such other relief as the Court
~ deems appropriate, and disposition of all pending motions.
(D). The parties and their attorney's shall
i
immediately prepare an inventory of all personal property
in the home at 2604 South 19th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
~ that is shown in the list received in evidence herein as
° Wife's Exhibit rIo. 1. Such inventory shall be filed in
this cause.
(E). The respondent is enjoined and restrained

e from removing any item shown in such inventory from the home
a
~ at 2604 South 19th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
