ORDER THIS CAUSE was heard on the 16th day of August, 1979, upon the Wife's Motion for Contempt, Request for Attorneys Fees and Petition for Writ of Ne Exeat, and the Husbands Motion for Contempt, and both parties being present in open Court and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, this Court finds and determines as follows: 1. That the Husband is in arrears as of August 17, 1979 in the amount of $3,815.35. _ 2. That the Wife owes the Husband four months' rent through August 17, 1979 in the amount of $400.00. II 3. That the Wife owes the Husband $3,104.38 as his one-half share --o#--the--proceeds--o#-the--Cert#fi-cafe -6f ~epasit--which was -Cashed - - by the Wife. 4. That the Husband owes the .Wife the .sum of 244.94 which - $ ' amount represents one-half of the following payments made by the Wife: $342.88 to Daniel N. Knowles, Jr., Tax Collector for 1977 St. Lucie County ad valorem taxes; and $147.00 for 1978-79 homeowner's i insurance premium. - 5. That the amount due the Wife from the Husband after application of the above credits is $555.91. 6. That the Husband had the financial ability to pay the sums hereinbefore referred to, and he is now adjudged guilty of contempt of this Court for his wilful failure to make alimony payments as directed by previous orders of this Court. aa`~31~ PdGE~,~;.~7V
