a. That as punishment for contempt, the Husband is
hereby sentence to serve days in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that he may purge himself (either before
--or-after-Incarceration--anc~-be~eleased_ h~payment t~ Daniel N.
Knowles, Jr., Tax Collector of the 1978 St. Lucie County ad valorem
taxes due on the marital home in the amount of $406.66, and payment
to the Wife, through the Clerk of this Court, of the remainder of
the arrearage in the amount of $153.24, together with the costs of
his arrest and statutory Clerk's fee. It is therefore
ORDERED that ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA take into custody the said RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR on the
said date and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for the execution of the above-described judgment and sentence. The
CLERK OF THIS COURT and THIS COURT shall be promptly notified of
his arrest.
b. That the Husband's Motion for Contempt is hereby denied.-

c. That the Husband's request for interest to be paid by
r the- _Wife_on _the proceeds- .from the Certificate of Deposit is hereby
denied.
d. That the Wife's Petition for Writ of Ne Exeat is hereby
denied at this time.
e. That the Wife is ordered to return to the Husband and to
Allan Foehr any of their personal effects listed on Exhibits A and
B attached to the Husband's Motion for Contempt dated August 2, 1979,
which are still in her possession.
f. That the Husband pay to the law firm of FEE, KOBLEGARD &
~ TEEL, P.A. the sum of $250.00 for services rendered to the Wife in

this action, plus $7.50 Court cos , t otal of $257.50 payable
