after publication of notice as required by Section 45.031,
Florida Statutes, and in accordance with the provisions of said
Section, is directed to sell to the highest and best bidder for
cash the real property described as Lot 21, 81ock 14, RIVER PARR
UNIT TWO as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 72,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (also known as 419
Poplar Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida) at public sale, said
sale to be conducted on the subject premises at 11:00 a.m. on
the 18th day of September, 1979, a day not less than ten (10)
day after the date of this Order..
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that prior to the above sale, all
reasonable means will be taken to advertise the property in
the local newspaper, the cost of any advertising to be deducted
