RICHARD E. ROHERTS, Husband
and
VIRGINIA S. ROHERTS, Wife
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause came on to be heard upon the Petition of the
Wife for temporary relief and the Court having heard testimony of
the parties and argument of counsel for the respective parties
and being fully advised in the premises, it is .thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, Virginia S. Roberts, shall have the
temporary primary custody of the minor child, Richard H. Roberts,
' granting-unto-the-Husband reasonable rights_of visitation.
2. The Husband, Richard E. Roberts, shall pay to the
' Wife the sum of $35 each week for the support__and_ maintenance_of__
I the minor child above named; the first payment shall be made on
Monday, August 27, 1979 and on Monday of each week thereafter until
further order of this Court.
3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $75
each and every week as temporary alimony; the first payment shall
be made on Monday, August 27, 1979 and on Monday of each week there-
after until further order of this Court.
4. The payments for alimony and child support shall

be paid by the Husband to the Clerk of~this Court and by him re- .
mitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed
~ the sum of $2 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made

to the clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
