Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original-of the decedent's Last Will dated
January 2, 1976, is in the possession of the court or
accompanies this Petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that he is qualified to
act as Personal Representative under the laws of the State -
of Florida; that he will faithfully administer the estate
of said decedent according to law, and that he hereby
designates CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, whose residence address is 151 Hartman
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as his agent or attorney for
service of process in any suit or action against him in

j Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will
be admitted to probate and that he be appointed Personal
Representative of the estate of the decedent. _
