2. Decedent, Rose A. Orlando, whose last known
address was 601 Seaway Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose
age was years, and whose social security number is
091-28-979 died on__August 16, 1979, at Fort Pierce,
Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
i.n St. Lucie County, Florida.
