4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. JAMES V. ORLANDO, JR., whose address is set forth
above is qualified under the laws of Florida to serve as
personal representative of the decedent's estate and is entitled
to preference in appointment as personal representative because
he is the named successor personal representative under CLAUSE
IV of decedent's Last i~Till.• JAMES V. ORLANDO, the decedent's
spouse, predeceased the decedent on October 26, 1977
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are:
Tangible personal property having a value of
less than $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or _
Codicil other than as set forth i.n Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
August 8, 1977, accompanies this petition.
