ORLANDO ~ _ of St._ .Lucie -County, Fhrida, -8a _ - hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will _ and Testament and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to pay out of my residuary estate all of my just debts, including _ the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses. ELAUSE II: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal, Wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will (includ~- ing the proceeds of any policies of insurance on my life that may be payable to my estate or to the personal repre- sentative of my estate), I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, JAMES V. ORLANDO, provided he survives me. CLAUSE III: In the event that my husband, JAMES V. f ORLANDO, does not survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath i all of said rest, residue and remainder to my children, JAMES ~ V. ORLANDO, JR., JOSEPH V. ORLANDO, JOHN G. ORLANDO and ROSEANN j ORLANDO ZIPPER, in equal parts, share and share alike, but if i ~ any of them shall fail to survive me, the share of such deceased child shall go to his. or her descendants, per stirpes. CLAUSE IV: I hereby nominate and appoint my husband, JAMES V.
