personal representative, to serve without bond, and in the
event my said son shall die, resign, be disqualified or
-unable= for-any- reason-to-act as such-j--then-I -name-anc~-appoint----
my son, JOffid G. ORLANDO, as such personal representative, to
serve without bond.
My personal representative shall have all of the rights,
powers, duties and responsibilities granted under Chapters
733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE V: In the event that my husband and I die under
such circumstances that it cannot be determined which of us
predeceased the other, I direct that it shall be conclusively
presumed that I predeceased my said husband.
CLAUSE VI: At the death of myself and my husband, if
there is any balance owed to us or to either of us from the
$1,500.00 loan made by us to my daughter, ROSEANN, in October
of 1976 then I direct that the balance of said loan be
` - deducted from my said daughter's --share--in my -residuary - -

` estate in order that the amounts received by all four of
{ my children shall be equal.
