Personal Representative of the decedent's estate and
is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal
Representative because she is the surviving spouse of
the decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the
assets of this estate are:
Cash, securities and tangible personal
property having a value of less than
One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will
or Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will
dated August 25, 1971, is in the possession of the
court or accompanies this Petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that she is qualified
to act as Personal Representative under the laws of the
State of Florida; that she will faithfully administer the
estate of said decedent according to law, and that she

Lucie County, Florida, whose residence address is 151
Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as her agent or attorney

for service of process in any suit or action against her in

Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will
be admitted to probate and that she be appointed Personal
Representative of the estate of the decedent.
