I, ALBERT E. RIGGLE, of Fort Pierce, Florida, being of
sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and _
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and annulling any and all wills by me at any time heretofore
made. -
FIRST
It is my will and I direc t that my body be buried in a
. manner suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my
estate.

THIRD
~ I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever location or description, both
real and personal, of which I die possessed, or-over which I
have power of disposition, or any interest whatsoever, unto my

wife, HELEN GRACE R.IGGLE, provided she survives me.
FOURTH
In the event my wife, HELEN GRACE RIGGLE, predeceases me,
or our deaths occur simultaneousl or a roximatel so or in

causing doubt as to which of us survived the other, then in that
