remainder of my estate of whatever location or description,
both real and personal, of which I die possessed, or over which
I have power of disposition, or any interest whatsoever, unto my
brother-in-law, GAIL CARPENTER, residing at 2224 North Fountain
Street, Wichita, Kansas, per stirpes.

I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, HF,LEN GRACE RIGGLE,
to act as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond; and in the event my wife shwld predecease me, or
is unable or unwilling to. serve, then in either event, I nominate
and appoint ,RUTH ANDERSON, 304 Granada, Fort Pierce, Florida,
to act as 8~ecutdx of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond.
