PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL REAL ESTATE
Petitioner, ROSE ELIZABETH WALKER, alleges:
1. That the deceased died owning a residence legally
described as:
Lot 9, Block 3, SUNRISE HOMESITES, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 13, page 14, of the public rec-
. ords of St. Lucie County, Florida,
having a value at the death of the deceased of $48,000.00, un-
furnished.
2. That an offer for the purchase of said residence has
been received for the sum of $48,000.00 cash, from SIDNEY CLINE
and VIRGINIA CLINE, his wife.
3. That the Will of decedent did not contain a power of
sale.
4. That ROSE ELIZABETH WALKER and GEORGE R. BEALE, JR.,
the sole heirs of the estate of decedent and the only persons in-
terested in the asset sought to be sold, have consented to the

sale of-.the aforementioned property for the price and upon the
f
terms stated. .
5. That ROSE ELIZABETH WALKER and GEORGE R. BEALE, JR.,
each have homes of their own and do not wish to retain the above
I
real estate as an investment but wish to have it sold so the pro-

ceeds can be used for the purpose of paying debts of last illness ry
r
of decedent, funeral expenses, costs of administration, and the
balance thereof distributed to the two heirs of decedent.
