WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that the Court enter an
Order authorizing petitioner to sell the aforedescribed real
property for the sum of $48,000.00 cash, to SIDNEY CLINE and
VIRGINIA CLINE, his wife.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
