The petition of ROSE ELIZABETH WALKER, as personal repre-
sentative of the Estate 'of GEORGE RALPH BEALS, SR., a/k/a GEORGE
R. BEALE, consented to by ROSE ELIZABETH WALKER and GEORGE R.
_ BEALE, JR., the sole heirs of said estate, for authorization for
the personal representative to sell the real property described as:
Lot 9, Block 3, SUNRISE HOMESITES, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 13, page 14, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for the sum of $48,000.00 cash, to SIDNEY CLINE and VIRGINIA CLINSi
his wife .
It is ORDERED as follows:
1. That ROSE ELIZABETH WALKER, as personal representative
of the Estate of GEORGE RALPH BEALE, SR., be and she is hereby
4 authorized to sell at private sale, for the sum of $48,000.00 cash,

page 14, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida,
SIDNEY CLINE and R
to VI GINIA CLINE, his wife.
and that she is authorized to execute a personal representative's
deed to said purchaser upon receipt of the sum of $48,000.00 cash.
