I, RALPH CARSON, domiciled in Gerrish Township, Roscommon County,
Michigan, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament
hereby revoking all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all debts enforceable against me during my life-
time and duly allowed in the administration of my estate, the expenses of my last
illness and funeral, and the costs of administration of my estate be paid as soon
as possible after my death.
ITEM II. I direct that there shall be paid out of the residue of my estate
any estate, inheritance, succession and other taxes assessed because of my
ownership or control of property at or before my death or in contemplation of my
death imposed by any taxing authority, including Internal Revenue Service.
-ITEM. IIL_ I hereby-state I-have only been marr-ied once and my-beloved
wife, Ina, died December 16, 1971. I have not remarried. I have three children,
namely: Roger Larson, who has four children, Curt, Eric, Kevin and Lori;. and.
my son, Gerald Larson, who is married but does not have any children and he
lives in Farmington Hills, Michigan; and my daughter, Beverly Smith, who lives
in Trumbull, Connecticut and she has three children, Scott, Craig and Steffani.
ITEM IV. I leave no part of my estate to my son, Roger Larson or his
children. He has been adequately compensated.

Hills, Michigan, I give, devise and bequeath my home in Gerrish Township,
Roscommon County, all the_contents of my home, any automobile that I may have,
my personal adornments, and any other personal property found in the State of

Michigan except my stocks, which are with Merrill Lynch Brokerage Firm in
Detroit. In the event that Gerald Larson predeceases me and he leaves any
