children surviving me, then I give devise and bequeath the assets named in this
item to his child or children in equal shares. If Gerald Larson predeceases me,
leaving no children surviving me, then I give, devise and bequeath all the assets
recited in this item to my daughter, Beverly Smith and if she also predeceases me
then I give, devise and bequeath these items recited in this item to her children
in equal shares.
ITEM VI. To my daughter, Bever~y;~ Smith, of Trumbull, Connecticut, I
give, devise and bequeath all of my assets in the State of Florida, including my
mobile home and furniture and furnishings and contents located at Jensen Beach,
Florida, and my bank account in the bank at Jensen Beach, Florida. I also give,
devise and bequeath to my daughter, Beverly Smith, any stocks that I may possess
in Florida and in Michigan and at the present time, said stock certificates are wi
the Merrill Lynch Brokerage Firm in Detroit, Michigan in my name. In the event
that my daughter, Beverly Smith, predeceases me, I give, devise and bequeath all
the property recited in this item to her children in equal shares who survive me.
ITEM VII. I nominate and appoint my son, Gerald Larson, as Executor
f my estate. If he predeceases me or declines to serve or is legally unable to
serve, then I nominate and ltppoint my daughter, Beverly Smith, as Executrix of
y estate.

ment in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence and in the
resence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto on the da

ent was executed by the testator freely and understandably, and that at the time
f such execution he was of sound mind and memory, and possessed of full testame -
