The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as sole bene-
ficiary of the decedent's will.
2. Decedent, Gwendolyn M. Harper, whose last known address was
Ft. Pierce,, Florida, died on April 14, 1970 at U.S.A.F. Hospital, Moody
Air Force Base, Georgia time of death decedent was domiciled in St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this est-
tate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of any
who are monors, are:
