7. The decedent has been dead for more than three years.
8. The estate is not indebted.
9. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including ex-
empt property, be distributed or disposed of as follows:

11. The original of the decedent's last will, dated December 1,
1969, witnessed by: Martha D. Smith and Oneita C~. Stangehoener is in file
with the court.
12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by
Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that the decedent's
last will be admitted to probate and an order of smeary administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance
with the schedule set, forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
Under penalties of per3ury we declare that we have read the fore-
going and the facts alleged are true to the best of our knowledge and
belief .
