ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of Lela R. Green, formerly Lela R. Wynn for Summary
Administration of the estate of Gwendolyn M. Harper deceased, the court
finding that the decedent died on the 14 day of April, 1970; that
all interested persons have been served proper notice of this hearing,
or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the
petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be
entered, it is.
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets of the
decedent as follows:

turn and run North 68.75 feet to a point; thence
turn and run East 125 feet to the point of
beginning; also described as Lot 18 of an
unrecorded plat of METZGER ROAD SUBDIVISION
of the NEB of NWT of NEB of Section 7, Township f'`
35 South, Range 40 East. Value less than $10,000.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the decedent's
estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to receive and collect
the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
' ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding pro-
, perty of the decedent, and those with whom securties or other properties
of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to comply with -
this order by paying, delivering, and transferring to those specified
above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them by this order,
