AFFIDAVIT
Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
LAURETTA SCOTT DAPSON and being first duly sworn on oath says:
1. That she is one and the same person as LAURETTA M. SCOTT,
who with her husband, ELBERT E. SCOTT, was the Grantee in that cextain
Warranty Deed dated May 10, 1962, and recorded in O.R. Book 36 at
page 394 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That she is also known as LAURETTA MARIE SCOTT and that her
husband, ELBERT E• SCOTT died at Fort Pierce, Florida, on September
28, 1977. -
3. That her marriage to ELBERT E. SCOTT lasted from the date
of their marriage to the date of his death on September 28, 1977.
4. That after the death of ELBERT E. SCOTT, this affiant mar-
ried CHARLES DAPSON, her husband, and that she is one and the same
person as LAURETTA M. SCOTT also known as LAURETTA MARIE SCOTT, one -
of the Grantees in the said Deed.
S. That all of the above are from this affiant's personal
knowledge.
