CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation
organised and existing under' the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 1600 South Fed-
eral Highway, Clty of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, (herein "Lender").
WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of Thirty one Thousand

by Borrower's note dated ,august 24. 1979 (herein "Note"), Providing for monthly
installments of principal and interest, with the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and pay-

TO SECURE to Lender (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note with interest
thereon; (b) the payment of all other sums, with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to
protect the security of this Mortgage; (c) the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower
herein contained; (d) the performance of the covenants and agreements incorporated by reference herBinto;
and (e) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon, made to Borrower by Lender pur-
suant to paragraph 21 hereof or incorporated by reference hereinto (herein "Future Advances"), Borrower
does hereby mortgage, grant and convey to Lender the following described property located in the County
of St . Lucie State of Florida:
That part of the West 80 feet of the East 960 feet of: S~ of Outlot 7 and N~
of Outlot 8, according to a plat of WHITE CITY, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
Page 21, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said lot lying and being
in E~ of SEA of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East; which lies North
of the following described line:
Commencing at the SE corner of the above described land, and on West right-of-way
of Oleander Avenue, run thence North along the West right-of-way line of Oleander
Avenue, a distance of 131.25 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence run West at
90 degrees angle with right-of-way of Oleander Avenue, and parallel with South
boundary of above described land 910 feet; thence run Southwesterly to a point
which is 20 feet North of the South boundary of said land and 1060 feet west of
the East boundary of said land; continue West parallel with and at a distance of
f 20 feet from the South boundary of the above described land to the East right-of-
way of Citrus Avenue.

1 TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
ments, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage;
and aII the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Mortgage is on a lease-

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby oanveyed and has the right
to mortgage, grant and convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will
warrant and defend generally the title to the Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declar•
ations, easements or restrictions listed in a schedule of exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy
insuring Lender's interest in the Property.
