Dste of this Amendment and the denominator of which is
the aggregate number of Plan Years oP Service the
Participant would have accumulated commencing with the
Effective Date of this Amendment if he continued his
employment until his Normal~Ritirement Date.
(c) In no event shall (a) above be less than 50x
of the Accrued Benefit the Participant would have been
entitled to as of the Effective Date of this Amendment
determined as if this Section had always been in effect.
Notwithstanding the above, if an Employee resumes Participation
in the Plan following a 1-Year Break in Service, he shall be
credited with a partial annual benefit accrual for the period
commencing on his reemployment date and ending at the beginning
of the first day of the ne=t Plan Year. The Partial annual bene-
fit accrual shall be computed pro rata on the basis of the number
of months during which the Participant was employed during such
period and on his annualised compensation.
The value of a Participant's Accrued Benefit ae of any Anniversary
Bate shall be the value of his Accrued Benefit at the prior anni-
versary date accumulated at interest for one (1) year, plus the
value of his annual benefit accrual for the current year.
The rate of interest to be credited for any year shall equal
the rate of interest used to determine the funding requirements
for the Plan for such year. The annual benefit accrual for any
year shall equal the Accrued Benefit as of the current hiniversary
Date less the Accrued Benefit as of the prior Anniversary Date.
The accrual of benefits provided for by this Section 1.1 shall not
become effective until an Eligible Employee has completed two (2)
! years of service which are not separated by a 1-Year Break in

1.2 "Act" means the Employee Retirement Income Security
f Act of 1974,•as it may be amended from time to time.
1.3 "Administrator" means the person or persons desig-
j Hated by the Employer pursuant to Section 2.1 to administer
~ the Plan on behalf of the Employer.
1.4 "Age" shall mean age at last birthday.
1.5 "Agreement" or "Plan" shall mean this instrument
including all amendments thereto.
~ 1.6 "Anniversary Date" means the last day of the Plan
Year.
1.7 "Average Monthly Compensation" means the monthly
compensation of a participant averaged over the five (5)
` consecutive plan years of service which produces the highest
monthly average. If a participant has less than five 5

years of service, his average monthly compensation will be based
r upon his monthly compensation during the actual number of
months of employment.

1.8 "Beneficiary" or "Beneficiaries" means the
