fraction and defined contribution fraction shall exceed 1.4 for
any Participant in any Plan Year, the Employer shall adjust the
numerator of the defined contribution plan fraction so that the
sum of both fractions shall. not exceed 1.4 for such participant.
(g) Annual benefit as used in this Article VI shall mean
the. benefit payable from the Plan for retirement purposes on an
annualized basis.
