FOR VALUE RECEIVED, The Undersigned, (jointly and severally if more than one) promise
to pay to the order of Wn T.ARn H. HOFFMAN and ELIZABETH R. HOFFMAN, his wife

at 1223 Baye3hore Drive, Apt. 306, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450
the principal sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100----------------------(525,000.00)--
DOLLARS, together with interest thereon from date hereof , at the
rate of Ten (10%) per cent per annum until maturity.

Principal and interest payable in Sixty (60) successive monthly ~
installments of Five Hundred Thirty One and 18/100--(5531.18) each
with the first such installment due and payable on the 15th day of
October 1979, with, Fifty Eight (58) like installments due on the
same day of each successive calendar month and a Sixtieth and final
installment due and payable at maturity five years from date hereof.
The makers and endorsers of this note further agree to waive demand and notice of
non-payment and protest; and in case suit shall be brought for the collection hereof, or the
same has to be collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable attorney's fees for
making such collection; and agree that in the even*_ of default in the payment of any indebted-
ness due hereunder for a period of thirty days the whole of said indebtedness shall thereupon,
at the option of the holder of this note, become immediately due and payable. Deferred
interest payments to bear interest from. maturity at ten per cent per annum, payable semi-
