Lots 10, 11, 12, Block 2357, PORT MALABAR, Brevard County, Florida
Comes the undersigned upon her sworn oath, says:
1. That the affiant is married to PAUL A. PAOLETTI and that
the said PAUL A. PAOLETTI owns in his own name the above plots or parcels
of property, one in St. Lucie County and~one in 8revard County, Florida.
2. That this sworn statement and notice is being filed of
record to protect a subsequent purchaser from purchasing property in which
the undersigned has a special equity and additionally to protect her rights
so that the above referenced property cannot be sold without notice of the
claims of MARIE E. FIORINI PAOLETTI in her suit for dissolution and
accounting.
3. Affiant sayeth further not.
