the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Peter P. CdRlardtd and
Mary F. Camarata, his wife.
dated December 31 19 73 ,and recorded
in the public records of St LUCie County, Florida, in OR Book 222 on page
2113 ,securing the payment of the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100-----------------------

covering property in the County of St LUCie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and _to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Ceart~f_ the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
