THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion
for Entry of Final Judgment, and the Court having considered argument
of counsel and the Stipulation of the parties in this cause, and the
evidentiary matters therein contained, it is hereby
ADJUDGED:

That Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF
STUART, recover from Defendants, JOSEPH S. CABALA and R. JERRY

f RANDOLPH, jointly and severally, the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred
~ Four Dollars and Eighty-Nine Cents (2,204.89) principal, plus interest
in the amount of One Hundred Seventeen Dollars and Seventy-Three Cents
(117.73), for which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED at Stuart, Martin County, Florida, this
