CORES NO~~ THE PETITIONER, the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, for the
use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, by and through
its undersigned attorney, and the despondent, ETHEL P. KICLITER, by and
through her undersigned attorney, and stipulate as follows:
1. That, in consideration of the sum of ONE THOUSAND SIY.
HU?1DRED ($1,600.00) DOLLARS to be paid to the Respondent by the Petitioner,
which sum shall include attorneys fees and appraisal fee, the Respondent
shall convey by Warranty Deed the following real property to the Petitioner:

of Lot 5, Block 5, WYLDWOOD PARK SUB-
DIVISIO?~i, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 5, page 54, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and Respondent shall grant to the Petitioner a temporary construction
easement over the following described real property for the duration of
the construction of the sewer lift station:
The West 22 feet of the North 22-feet
of Lot 5, Block 5, WYLDWOOD PARK SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 5, page 54, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS AND
EXCEPTING the West 12 feet of the North
12 feet thereof.
2. What, upon completion of the construction of the sewer f

lift station, the Petitioner shall plant shrubbery surrounding the
lift station site, said shrubbery to be of a height at least equal
