FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned Judge. =
of the above styled Court upon the issues and the Record, a
jury having been expressly waived by the parties; and, the
Court finding that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter -
and of the parties; and having reviewed and approved the
Petition submitted by BRENDA BUCKNER, as next friend of the
l! minor Plaintiff, LARCEY BUCKNER, and having heard the evidence
!i and the discussion of counsel for the respective parties, and

having approved the settlement in favor of the Plaintiffs
ffI and against the Defendants; and being fulYy advised in the
i~ premises, it is thereupon, upon consideration thereof, ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, LARCEY BUCKNER, -
a minor, suing by her next friend and natural parent,
BRENDA BUCKNER, shall have and recover of and from the
Defendants, SENTRAL TAYLOR and ALLSTATE INSU
RANGE COMPANY,
the sum of $5,000.00; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that BRENDA BUCKNER
I individually and as natural arent of LARCEY BUCKNER a

minor, shall have and recover of and from~the Defendants,
SENTRAL TAYLOR and ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of
$5,000.00.
