ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on upon the sworn Petition of
BRENDA BUCRNER, as next friend and natural parent of
minor Plaintiff, LARCEY BUCRNER, and BRENDA BUCKNER,
individually, and the Court having considered the Record,
heard the testimony regarding the facts and circumstances
surrounding the accident which is the subject matter of
this suit, examined the exhibits submitted and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
s 1. The negotiations for the settlement of this
i cause have been conducted by the parties hereto with the
t
assistance and advice of their respective counsel of
record with diligence and caution, so as to fairly comp-
i ensate the minor Plaintiff.
2. The sum of $10,000.00 is to be paid by the
Defendants to BRENDA BUCKNER, as natural mother and next
friend of the minor Plaintiff, LARCEY BUCKNER, as settlement
in favor of the said minor Plaintiff, for her damages,
and that said settlement is hereby ratified and approved.
