SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on by the Court and it being
determined by the Court that the Plaintiff, LARCEY BUCRNER,
is a minor, whose natural parent and next friend is
BRENDA BUCKNER, and that the amount of the Final Judgment
j in favor of the minor Plaintiff is within the limit
i
authorized by the applicable Florida Statutes, and the
~ Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor Plaintiff's
natural parent and next friend, BRENDA BUCKNER, should be
1 and she is hereby authorized and directed to collect the
' amounts of the Final Judgment heretfore entered against
the Defendants, SENTRAL TAYLOR and ALLSTATE INSURANCE
COMPANY, and in favor of the minor Plaintiff, LARCEY
~ BUCKNER, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that BRENDA BUCKNER, as natural
~ parent of the minor Plaintiff,. should be and she is hereby
authorized to execute the Satisfaction of Final Judgment
i and Release which is in proper form and is hereby approved
by the Court.
