The South 310 feet of Lot 4 of the Southeast
one-quarter of the Subdivision of Section 4,
Township 36 South, Range 39 East, according to
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 30 of the ,public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM,
all rights of way for drainage canals and pub-
lic roads.
It is further agreed and understood by the parties hereto
that FLORIDA BANK shall have uncontrolled power and discretion
without notice to LAWRENCE H. BAUMKER, to deal in any manner
with any indebtedness, interest, cost, and expenses payable
by/or liability of the borrower to FLORIDA BANK under the
aforesaid mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby,
from the said GEORGE E. HOGAN and ELIZABETH N. HOGAN, his wife,
to FLORIDA BANK.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto pse~t our hands and
seals to this Subordination Agreement this ova day of August,
1979.
