BBGIN at the Point of Intersection of a line lying 691.10 feet
North of as measured on the perpendicular and parallel to the
South line of Section 35, Twp. 36 South, Rge. 41 East, St. Lucie `
County, Florida and the Easterly right of way line of State Road
A-1-A; thence run S 20 25' 40" E along said Easterly r~,ght of way `
line a distance of 454.96 feet to-the Point of Curvature of a
