WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed in consideration of the sum
of TSN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to grant to Grantee and all other persons claiming by,
through or under Grantor, its predecessors in title, or its
successors, assigns or legal representatives by virtue of
any deeds of conveyances describing lands located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, a utility easement over, upon and
under the land described below, for the purposes and in the
manner expressed below;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of this Agreement and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged,
Grantor grants unto Grantee, its successors and assigns,
full and free right and liberty at all times hereafter, for
all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the
land of the Grantee for whatsoever purpose the land from
time to time lawfully may be used and enjoyed, to construct,
operate, maintain, service and repair water and sewer collection
and distribution lines to and from the potable water and

I sewage treatment plants to be constructed by Grantee on the
lands described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a
part hereof and serving Ocean Towers Condominiums to be
constructed on the lands described in Exhibit "A" herein, at
all times hereafter, for all purposes connected with the use
and enjoyment of the land of the Grantee and those likely
situated for use as a utility easement, and for no other
purpose, more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land 15.00 feet in width for the purpose
of a utilities easement, the centerline of said
easement being more particularly described as follows:
Start at the Point of Intersection of the South line of
Section 35, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida and the Westerly Right of Way line of
State Road A-1-A; thence run S 88°37'29" W, along the
South line of said Section 35, a distance of 263.91
feet; thence run N Ol°22'31" W a distance of 308.05
feet for the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run N 88°37.29"
E a distance of 154.82 feet to the Point of Intersection
with said Westerly Right of_Way line of State Road A-1-A
said point being the POINT OF TERMINATION.
