Range 41_Sast, St. Lucie-County, Florida, lying Sasterly of
State Road A-1-A; Being more particularly described as follows:
BSGIN at the Point of Intersection of aline lying 691.10_feet '
North of as measured on the perpendicular and parallel to the
South line of Section 35, Twp. 36 South, Rge. 41 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida and the Sasterly right of way line of State Road
A-1-A; thence run S 20 25' 40" E along said Sasterly right of way
line a distance of 454.96 feet to the Point of Curvature of a
curve concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 11,409.20 feet;
thence run Southeasterly along the arc of said curve a distance
- of 277.40 feet, through a central angle of 1° 23' 35" to the Point
of Intersection with the South line. of said Section 35; thence
run N 88° 37. 29" S along said South line a distance o~ 569.00 feet,
more or less,_to the waters_of the Atlantic Ocean; thence meander
said waters Northwesterly, a distance of 736.00 feet, more or less,
to the Point of Intersection with said line lying 691.10 feet, North
of as measured on the perpendicular and parallel to the South line
of said Section 35; thence run S 88° 37' 29" W a distance of 547.00
feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
