SATISFACTION OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that STUART PAINT AND
SUPPLY, INC., the Lienor and-holder of a certain Claim of
Lien filed by STUART PAINT AND SUPPLY, INC. against WILLIAM
FESH and ANNA FESH, his wife, bearing the date July 25, 1979,
and recorded on July 26, 1979, in the Official Records Hook 313,
Page 1258, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, claiming a lien in the sum of Four
Thousand Ten and 45/100 ($4,010.45) Dollars upon the following
described real property, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit: -
Lot 25, Block 52, South Port St. Lucie,
Section 5, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 12, of
the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
13s received full. payment of said Claim of Lien, and does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said Claim of Lien, and hereby
directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same
of record.
