hi-s percentage of the taxes and mortgage indebtedness against the
property to date hereof. The said RALPH CHAMBERS also agrees
to pay his proportionate share of said expenses in the same
manner up to date of closing of the purchase of the real estate
as provided for here3,n.
4. Defendant, RALPH CHAMBERS, agrees to del-fiver his
certificates of stock duly endorsed in PORT ST. LUCIE SHOPPING
CENTER, INC. to said Corporation upon closing, free of all
encumbrances and warrants that he has good title to same.
5. It is agreed that closing shall occur on March 1,
1978, and upon closing the above-entitled action and counterclaim
are dismissed with prejudice and without further cost to either
- party, and each of the parties releases the other from any
claims, action, causes of action whatsoever.
STIPULATED AND AGREED TO this day of February,
1978.
