EXHIBIT A(1) of Deposit Receipt and Contract for Sale and Purchase between
RALPH CHA!lHERS and ANNE CHAMBERS, his wife, and PORT 8TH LUCIE SHOPPING
CSN'PBR, INC.
ASSIGAII~NT OF LEASE
In consideration of TEN (10.00) DOLLARS and other good and -
valuable consideration, the undersigned hereby assigns the lessor's interest
in that certain lease dated clay 17, 1974, between GENERAL DEVEIAPMENT CORPORA-
TION, a Delaware corporation, as lessor, and the SOUTIQ,AND CORPORATION, a
Texas corporation, as lessee, covering premises located on Store "J" of
Tract "D", according to the plat of River Park Unit Three as recorded in

Assignor warrants that he has good title to the lessor's
interest in said lease and is not in default thereof and has received no
notice of default by tenant nor is the tenant in default to the best of
Assignor's knowledge. Assignor agrees to assign to Assignee all deposits
by lessee and to furnish to assignee any information or figures received by
a5s,ignor as to any -sales during the year 1978, and Assignor further assigns

to Assignee all rights to any percentage rent which may accrue because of
business done in the year 1978, but shall retain the rights to 1/6 of
any percentage rent and shall have disbursed to him 1/6 of the percentage
rent upon payment to Assignee, providing that the closing of said sale shall
take place March 1, 1978.
