The Lessee covenantd with the Lessor to take out and aisintain insurance
of the kind generally described as "p~~blic tiability and property
daalage" at its expense in the joint names of the Lessor and Lessee
in an aaaunt not leas than $100,000.00 for damage, injury and/or
death to any one person and $300,000.00.00 for damage, injury and/or
death to two or Dore persons, and $300,000.00 for property damage;
and to produce the policy or policies and receipts for premiums
thereof to the Lessor as required by him. ?
This lease is conditional upon the Lessor taking possession of the
demised premises pursuant to a lease dated the 6th day of July, 1979
between David L. Walker, Kenneth L. Neill, Ray L. Neill and James
David Neill, as Lessee, and Robert E. Swan, as Lessor, failing which
this lease and option to purchase shall be null and void.
