THIS cause caste on for hearing Augwt 10, 1979, upon issuance of a
Rule to Show Cause for non-paysient of child support and arrearages as ordered by
this Court. Arrearagas being $3,839.50; $2,760.00 curreat regular child support
arrears and $1,079.50 balance due on old arrears which includes $9.50 Court costs.
THIS Court having been advised that a Petition for Modification has
been filed by the Respondent and that a hearing is to be held in the near future,
it is;
ORDBRBD that Respondent ALDBRT W. COOK continue to sake regular child
support paysents of $50.00 each and every week to the Clerk of the Court, as previ-
ow ly ordered, until such~tise as a ruling is lade on the arrearagee at the hearing
for Modification.
JORISDICTI011 of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for
the entry of such further orders as say be proper.
