IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that CALVIN RBEVBS
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judg-
went/Order of this Court entered on the 21st day of February , 197 8 ,
and is, as of this date August 17. 1979 in arrears ~ 1,605.30 includ-
ing Court Costs, it is ~ _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ arrearage
at-the-gate- ofd--------- ~ -per- weekT--each-and-every- week coaanencing August 21, 1979---.-
These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 27.30 per week
support payments provided for above, making a total payment of ~ per week,
plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check
or money order. If Respondent CALVIN REBVB3 does not purge himself of his
contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit-of the Petitioner
to show cause why he should not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for 30 days.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.
