as the sole surviving executor thereof, to dismiss the Petition of Sarah L'Engle
Thompson, as guardian of the Estate of Michael L'Engle Thompson and Lester

William Davidson Stark, III, for issuance to him of Letters Testamentary as f
sole executor of the Last Will and Testament of Evelyn McCarty Stark Thompson, li

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The aforementioned Motion to Dismiss the aforementioned Petition 3
