GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made the day of ~1i 1979,
between the CUBAN AMERICAN CLUB OF FORT PIERCE,. INC., a Florida non-
profit corporation, grantor; and ANSELMO SANTE and MARGOT SANTE, his
wife , grantees .
WHEREAS, the grantor is seized of an estate in fee simple of a
parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

The above tract contains 1.13 acres.
WHEREAS, the grantor desires to give the grantees a perpetual
non-exclusive easement for access to their property which adjoins the
grantor's property on the South;

WITNESSETH that in pursuance of said agreement and in considera-
i tion of the sum of $10.00 paid by the grantees to the grantor, the
~ receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the grantor hereby grants,
bargains, sells, conveys, and releases unto the grantees an easement
or right-of-way which shall be thirty (30) feet in width and which
shall traverse the presently existing parking lot on the Western
portion of the real property described above, to be used in conjunction
with the grantor, its heirs, successors and assigns, and specifically
in conjunction with all owners of land lying adjacent to said easement,
together with full and free right and liberty for the grantor, its
heirs, successors and assigns, and the grantees and their. heirs,
