purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the said land of the
grantees, to pass and re-pass along the said private road for the
purpose of going from Kirby Loop Road to the real property owned by
the grantees which is adjacent to the grantor's property on the South.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right-of-way hereby
granted unto the grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns, as an
appurtenance to said land owned by the grantees.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor-has signed and sealed
these presents the day and year first above written.
