~tit[SStals That the said Mortgagors ,for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to
in hand paid by the said Mortgagee ,the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
granted, bargained and sold to the said Mortgagee ite heirs and
assigns, forever, the following described land.. situate. lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie ,State of Florida , to-wit:
Lot 138, Phase I, Aoliday Pines, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 18, Pages 16,16A thru 16D of the Public ReCOrds of St. Lucie County, Fla.
This is a Second Mortgage subject only to a First Mortgage to Southern Federal
recorded in Official Record Book 309, Page 1933,
public records of St.:~.ucie County, Florida. Any default in the said first
mortgage or the promissory note which the same secures shall also be a default
in this mortgage.
If a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the premises above described ~
or any part of .them without the written consent of the Mortgagee and/or without
assumption in regular form of law by the Grantee of the obligation to the
Mortgagee created under this mortgage, then at the option of the Mortgagee and
without notice to the Mortgagor, all sums of money secured shall become due and
payable and in default immediately and concurrently with the conveyance whether
or not they are so due and payable and in default by the specific terms of this
mortgage and the note secured thereby.

per cent. from August 6, 1979 signed by Marvin Liss and Linda C. Liss,
his wife and shall pay all sums payable hereunder. and per-
. form, comply with and abide by each and'every the stipulations, agreements, conditions and cove-
nants of said promissory note and of this mortgage. and :hall duly pay all taxes, and also insurance
premiums reasonably required. and all costs and expenses including a reasonable attorney's fee,
which said Mortgagee -may incur in collecting money secured by this mortgage, and also in
enforcing Chia mortgage by suit or otherwise, then this mortgage and the estate hereby created
