Attorneys at Law PeMiwuse 1 American Savings Bldg. 2800 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard GRANT OF PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT P• Box 700 Hallandale, Florida 33009 FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknow- ledged, MORRIS GATES AND ANNA GATES, his wife, hereby grant and convey unto all owners, their successors and/or assigns of property located in the following subdivision, to-wit: BONITA ISLE UNIT NO. 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 62 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; a perpetual pedestrian easement for ingress and egress to the ocean over, across and upon the land described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. This easement although perpetual in nature, is subject to re-location by the grantors herein, their successors and/or assigns, provided however, that grantors, their successors and/or assigns grant unto the owners of properties in the aforedescribed subdivision a five foot pedestrian easement over, across and upon another portion of said property.
